Please see below a list of all the Themed Audits carried out by the Norfolk Audit Services, with the MI sheet number, link to the original MI Sheet where applicable and also the deadline for the evidence to be submitted to the EducationFinance team.

When submitting the evidence to the EducationFinance team, we require a copy of the minutes from the Governor meeting where the Themed Audit was discussed. We appreciate there may be parts of the minutes you don’t want to send, so an extract is sufficient.
The minutes do, however, need to evidence either what measure your school has in place which means the findings aren’t applicable, or what actions the school have taken to comply with the findings.
Sending minutes in that purely state the Themed Audit was discussed is not enough.
Copies of the minutes need to be sent directly to finance.support@norfolk.gov.uk, and not your Finance Support Officer, to ensure these are recorded efficiently.
