Event management

People organising events on behalf of Norfolk County Council need to plan ahead so that measures are in place to protect our employees, members of the public attending and contractors working for us at the event. They also need to manage the event while it takes place, review it once it’s over and take steps to deal with incidents and emergencies. Further details can be found below.
