This section provides advice on how to deal with discrimination, bullying and harassment situations. All staff have the right to work in an environment which is free from discrimination, bullying and harassment. Employers must have arrangements in place so that, if instances occur, any allegation of discrimination, bullying or harassment made in good faith, can be dealt with seriously and confidentially.
