Shortlisting

Depending on the number of applications received, there may be a need for a longlisting and shortlisting process.  Either way, the process will select candidates that match the criteria within the person specification as closely as possible.  All applications should be read and assessed against the criteria and the requirements within the job description, with those that meet the essential elements of the criteria being taken through to interview.
