Flexible working

Flexible working is a phrase that describes any working pattern adapted to accommodate personal circumstances. The Children and Families Act 2014 amended the Flexible Working Regulations to allow all employees to request flexible working. The regulations provide a structured method for employees to formally request a change in their working pattern.
